I had an amazing experience here! I ended up extending past the minimum 4 weeks to almost 6 weeks! The manager was flexible and fun and became a true friend! The work is really focused on creating a fun and social atmosphere for the guests and they hire lots of volunteers to allow this. You have a lot of freedom on how you want to achieve this by organizing your own creative events, which allow you to explore the city in the way that suits you best! I loved my time here and made many friends I hope to see again!

This was one of the best volunteering experiences I had so far :) The tasks were very easy, it was mainly about being available for guests needing help, welcoming them in the family and organise one social activity per week. The atmosphere of the co-living was very familiar, I felt like I was in my house. Everyone welcomed me in the best way possible, and we created a magic connection with other volunteers, guests and workers. Leo is a very good manager and he was always ready to help volunteers in every necessities, always asking if everything was ok and if we were feeling comfortable.

The coliving is more than just a coworking|coliving space—it's a family. From day one, I felt welcomed by an inspiring and supportive community. It's a place where ideas flow, connections grow, and every day brings new opportunities. Without a doubt, I'm leaving with lifelong connections and unforgettable memories. This has been by far the best volunteer experience I've ever had. Grateful for this incredible journey—can't wait to be back!

My time spent at Co 404 Medellín will forever have an impact on my life! The lessons and experiences I've taken from this place couldn't possibly be achieved by solo traveling elsewhere. They truly know how to craft a supportive environment, but most importantly they hold the secret to cultivating a real family! I'll be leaving this amazing place with so many new friends! I can't wait to visit the other Co 404 locations where I'll undoubtedly find a home there as well!

Volunteering at the coliving in Oaxaca has been incredible! The managers are fantastic—super supportive and easygoing. The work-life balance is spot on, with a flexible schedule that leaves plenty of time to explore the city. The space is clean, with comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, and cozy common areas perfect for connecting with others. Weekly dinners and group outings, make it easy to bond with the amazing community here. the coliving truly feels like a home away from home, and I'd recommend it to any volunteer looking for a meaningful experience!
