The Experience

We need volunteers to help us communicate with English-speaking tourists. The main challenge is that while we can communicate publicly, email exchanges are not always as straightforward, especially when dealing with reservations and FAQs. 📧✉️ Helping out in this area will allow you to answer emails, confirm reservations, and provide information about our services and experiences, such as camel safaris and the lodge. 🐪🏨

I had the pleasure of volunteering at the hotel in Jaisalmer with Jalam as my host, and it was truly an incredible experience! Jalam is an exceptional host who made me feel at home from the very beginning. His kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail created a welcoming environment that I deeply appreciated. The tasks were well-organized and enjoyable, and I learned so much during my time here. the hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made every day special. I'm so grateful for this opportunity and would highly recommend volunteering.

Me receberam com educação em um local limpo e com boa refeição, porém não queriam cumprir o horário proposto e as folgas e nem disponibilizaram assento e mesa ergonômica para o trabalho de escritório, ainda achando que exigi demais. Tentei conversar, não obtive resposta e saí rapidamente do local no terceiro ou quarto dia, principalmente após mudarem as funções e o quarto começar a ser frequentado por pessoas que precisavam tomar banho lá após os passeios.
