Staying with Roy was an absolute gift after a bad experience with another host of this platform. I couldn't have asked for a better place to land. The B&B is a peaceful dream, and the work is fair and just as described. Roy treats you like family, available if you need anything, kind, supportive, always open to listen, help, or just have a nice chat. I felt safe, respected, and appreciated. I fully recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and positive volunteering experience. Thank you so much, Roy!

I applied while I was still in another experience that didn't feel right.Just five minutes later, he replied and told me I'd be safe there.he was right. I wasn't planning but I'm so glad I did. The work is simple, you help in the mornings with care and have the rest of the day to relax. The cabin is cozy, shared but you still have your privacy.Roy really respects your space. He also teaches you useful things. His mom is lovely, and the dogs will steal your heart. This place is full of harmony. Thank you, Roy, for helping me slow down, far away from the rush of dailylife.

My stay was amazing at the place. It is very cozy, peaceful and welcoming. The house is really beaultiful in a quiet place, but still close to the city. Roy was a greateful host, always making sure I was alright and comfortable. The tasks were basically leaving everything prepared for the guests and I could enjoy the place for hours. The property has also nice spots to relax, read a book or so.

I had an awesome time staying here! Roy was honestly the nicest guy — super respectful and just genuinely good vibes all around. He made me feel really welcome. The area is super quiet which was perfect for recharging and enjoying some peace. If you ever get tired of all that calm, Cork is really close and easy to get to. I felt completely comfortable the whole time, and honestly kind of didn't want to leave. Highly recommend if you're looking for a chill spot with a great host and a good balance of rest and adventure.
