Being in the hostel is a very enriching experience, in my volunteering at the reception, I was able to understand and bring incredible learning to life! The flow of guests from outside the country is very high, a very good point for those looking to practice new languages. In addition, there are perfect spaces for remote work! I recommend the experience to everyone who wants to get out of the comfort zone and face new adventures with purpose! And all this, of course, with a view of the surreal lagoon :)

I ve stayed at this location for a month. The spot is amazing, my coworkers and the owners were very kind and easygoing, they are good people, so I felt a very strong connection with the whole experience. Pretty recommended! And of course, Floripa, eu ja estou com saudades de você! 😉

Hi! This was my first experience with WorldPackers, but not my first time as a volunteer, I chose the hostel because I was producing an ecological paper on the beaches of the region and I sought an immersion in the culture and nature of Lagoa da Conceição. I spent a pleasant month there and if you want to practice English or Spanish this is a good option, and remember that the hosts are very demanding people, so make your goals and preferences clear. The place is amazing with a very relaxed vibe, Florianópolis is the best place ever ;)

Minha experiência no hostel foi incrível, especialmente pela presença do Gayano e da Ray que tornaram meus dias super divertidos e reflexivos. Às tarefas são bem definidas e os horários respeitados. A localização é ótima e a energia do lugar é envolvente, super recomendo!

O the hostel é sem dúvida um dos melhores hostels que já passei em termos de estrutura, tanto para o voluntário quanto para o hóspede. Situado às margens da Lagoa da Conceição, literalmente, podemos nos conectar com a natureza de uma forma muito singular. Todo o staff foi muito atencioso comigo, as tarefas explicadas de forma clara e os horários respeitados. Recomendo muito a experiência!
