The Experience
We're looking for a talented photographer and/or videographer to create content for our social media, website, and OTAs. Your role could include shooting the property for OTAs, capturing the lifestyle and vibe of Santa Teresa, or creating engaging Instagram content. Help us document our hostel's life, people, events, and activities through photos or videos that evoke emotion and connection.

This was my first volunteering experience and it honestly couldn't have been better. I felt at home from the very beginning. Marco and Federica are super kind and welcoming, always listening, always making sure you feel good and comfortable. The whole staff is amazing, really friendly and fun to be around. The hostel is super clean, well located, and has such a great vibe. It's the perfect place to meet people and feel part of something. I'm really grateful for the time I spent there, it was an incredible experience and I'd definitely recommend it! PURA VIDA 🫶🏼

Durante su estancia como voluntaria Cami mostró una actitud seria, manteniendo siempre un enfoque respetuoso en su comunicación con el equipo y los huéspedes. Cumplió con las tareas asignadas y mantuvo una presencia discreta dentro del hostel.

A experiência foi bem tranquila! Fiz as atividades combinadas e tudo passou bem. Instalações são bem boas, os colchões dos beliches são ótimos para dormir e o quarto tem ar condicionado. Os voluntários dormem na cama de cima, no mesmo dormitório dos hóspedes. Federica é uma pessoa muito agradável e alegre, sempre disposta a ajudar. A Rosário, senhora que cuida da limpeza, também é muito amável!

Having her as a volunteer was truly a pleasure for our entire team. From the very first day she stood out for her bright, sunny energy, her active attitude, and her proactive way of participating in every task. Her presence brought great vibes and a wonderful sense of dynamism to the hostel.
She integrated effortlessly, always collaborated with enthusiasm, and consistently showed a willingness to help beyond what was expected. She will always be welcome back whenever she wishes to return.

Mi experiencia en Icoliving comenzó de una buena forma pero termino muy mal ya que el dueño no sabe tratar a la gente y se piensa que como estás en el lugar que es del, tiene derecho de gritarte, así me lo hizo saber.como yo no deje que esto sucediera me hecho sin previo aviso. No recomiendo está experiencia. No te cuidan, se preocupa mucho por qué los huéspedes estén bien y porque vos cumplas con todo pero no por tu bienestar. La comida es muy poca, si van tenga lo en cuenta y los horarios son cortados cosa que hasta donde yo se, no está permitido. La relación con la manager fue lo mejor

El hostal hermoso, la habitación muy cómoda, la ubicación excelente (queda a 300 metros de la playa) y siempre todo está muy limpio, Rosario es un amor. Las tareas se respetan y es buena la organización. Solo una cosita, es que hay semanas donde la comida es un poco escasa. Santa Teresa en un lugar para soñar✨.

La ubicación es excelente, la vibra del lugar y la manager son las cosas que destaco de esta experiencia. Lo malo es la poca comida semanal, con ausencia considerable de proteínas y verduras. Tienes que venir con tu propio presupuesto si quieres comer bien. Lamentablemente los voluntarios no tienen habitación propia.
