I volunteer for a month in the hostel Neumarkt and it was awesome. Everyone is super nice and understanding. Most of the staff are international so you can connect with a supportive community to talk about the integration and life. Bosses are not bossy so you can chat with them and you feel the respect for each other. All the areas work together to keep the property working at its best. The location is really good. Close to the cathedral and clubs. The task they give you are relaxed and you are not alone. And as Rabi says "Do everything with fun and take your time". Thank you for all

Had a great time at the hostel! The place is clean, well-organized, and everything works as expected. Big shoutout to Romina for being super flexible and always helpful. What really makes the place stand out is the amazing team working there. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, supportive, and made the experience so much better. One thing to keep in mind for future volunteers, this isn't a typical backpackers hostel. During the week, it's mostly school groups and teenagers, and on weekends, party crews. It has more of a hotel-style atmosphere than a social hostel vibe.

Volunteering at the hostel was my first experience and it was very positive! The team was super welcoming and helpful. Tasks are easy but sometimes require physical effort and agility. Just note: the place feels more like a hotel with shared rooms than a social hostel, so no group activities. The breakfast is great, and dinner is sometimes available. The schedule is flexible, so you can balance work with exploring the city. Great for a structured and organized volunteering!

Being part of the hostel was one of the best experiences ever. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always had a fantastic disposition to help and teach. The information provided about the position and the hostel was exactly as advertised; it truly is a warm and honest environment. I felt comfortable and appreciated during my stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers looking for a positive and enriching experience here in the hostel <3
