O que falar sobre esta experiência? Foi meu primeiro voluntariado e, como já tive experiência anterior com bebidas em geral, agregou muito! Ficar um mês com a família na the farm, passou muito rápido! Pude acompanhar todo processo de compostagem, plantio, colheita, moagem, fermentação e destilação da cana.E, ainda, conhecer sobre esse universo maravilhoso da the farm. Cheguei na preparação de um evento popular, o fecha corpo, já pondo a mão na massa!E, ainda, para minha surpresa, participei do Festival de Canas no R.J, que só elevou a curiosidade e o conhecimento sobre a branquinha.
