The inn is perfect for anyone who wants to fit a ton of skiing/snowboarding into their winter. The work is easy and quick, and the managers are cool + laid back. It wasn't clear at first, but there are 4 different properties that we rotate on cleaning. Sometimes we also collect cash from guests, which can be a hassle. The female dorm fits a bunk bed in a room that is pretty much just a narrow walk in closet. Beware, if you're claustrophobic. I was able to work remotely at the same time, which was a plus. But note that days off and other things will come on short notice.

Being at the inn was a unique experience. I've met a lot of people and did what was my main goal: snowboard. A lot. Tasks were pretty easy, normally just cleaning the facilities and changing sheets. Sometimes we had to do some snow cleaning but it was alright. Work hours are pretty fair and tasks are divided evenly between the volunteers. They would let us use the shuttle bus to go forth and back to the mountain. Wei is an incredible host and always went out of his way to ensure everyone was happy.
