Join us as a Social Volunteer and be part of our exciting, welcoming and dynamic hostel in Gran Canaria where you'll lead city tours, outdoor activities and social events for our guests! My month at the hostel was incredible! I met amazing people and felt at home right away. The place has a great atmosphere, always friendly and fun, and Alessia is such a wonderful manager. The tasks were easy and well organized. Honestly, one of the best experiences I've had!

Volunteering at this hostel was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had! From the very first day, everyone made me feel so welcome and part of the family. The vibe is super chill and positive — it's the kind of place where you meet amazing people, share great moments, and just feel at home. The work was easygoing and well-balanced, and there was always time to enjoy the beach, explore the island, or just hang out together. I learned so much, laughed a lot, and made friendships I'll never forget. If you get the chance to volunteer here, go for it — you won't regret it! ❤️

Two months ago I didn't even know what place to visit but as soon as I came here it felt like home. Every single person, from bosses (Thank you so much Carlos/ Alessia❤️) to other volunteers makes the enviroment right away for you like you've been here for years. The hostel is in perfect state, 24/7 trying its best for being clean and cozy, it's also in perfect place old town Vegueta. Just few meters is beautiful Cathedral and shops, statues, museums/galeries are not more than 1km away. I would reccomend this to every single person that wants to breath in new culture and make sec.family🦋

The social volunteer role was super fun. I really enjoyed getting the guests and volunteers together for the weekly activities. The hostel itself is great in a fantastic location. The perks of a free stay in a hostel in the mountains plus discounted surf lessons were a bonus!

It was an experience I'll never forget. The volunteers had quickly become friends and there was always something going on, you could always find a person who was up for an adventure. The managers Carlos and Alessia were amazing as well. Yes, you do share a room with quite a few people, but there's a pretty big window, so it's okay. The only thing is that there were cucarachas in the kitchen, but the issue is being dealt with. Also, there was a bed bug issue in one of the rooms. Volunteers were expected to wash the laundry in the room, but later the room was heat treated (not by volunteers).
