Join our dynamic hostel team in beautiful Caparica, just 15min away from Lisbon! We're looking for friendly and enthusiastic volunteers to assist at our vibrant beachfront hostel. Help out at reception, support our manager Gabi with daily tasks, and immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of surf camps and social events. This is the perfect opportunity to experience life by the ocean while gaining hands-on hospitality experience.

I met some wonderful people during this surf camp. Thethe surf camp is super close to thethe surf camp just a 2-minute walk. The food was absolutely delicious, and from the first day I felt like at home. Amazing people and a great atmosphere. I improved my surfing skills and rediscovered my passion for surfing. Costa de Caparica is truly a magical place. 🌊✨

This is experience has been one of a kind. Every single person here is so loving and welcoming and it bleeds into their work as well. Everything flowed so smoothly and all activities and lessons were absolutely flawless. You can really feel the heart and soul in this place and it feels like a true home.
