We’re looking for a fun, outgoing, and responsible Social Host to join Cafe Moto Hostel in Puerto Princesa! Your job: bring people together, host game nights, break the ice, and keep the vibes alive nightly. We’re strict about commitment, no lazy volunteers! You must be extroverted, silly, and full of energy. If you’re shy, this isn’t for you. But if you love people and parties, welcome to the Moto crew! 🎉🌴

Café the hostel treated me like part of the family from the moment I walked in. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming, and I've made some life long friends! The atmosphere and food are incredible too and to organize events there was extremely rewarding! The turnover of guests is very fast so be ready to meet a lot of people from a lot of different places! Palawan is wonderful and full of culture! I already miss Tony, Walter and all the amazing people I've met there!

The hostel is a perfect blend of comfort, community, and flexibility. The owners Gladys and Mari create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel like family, while the friendly staff ensures you experience the best hospitality. Every meal was fantastic, the rooms are well maintained, and the social space made it easy to host fun activities. The work is to create nightly activities, such as trivia nights or game nights, which encourage guests to drink and dine at their restaurant.

100% Café the hostel was truly a home away from home. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like part of the team. The owners, Mayi and Gladys, are such kind people who will take care of you and make sure you have everything you need and more. The whole team is always on hand with great recommendations to make sure you don't miss out on all the hidden gems the island has to offer. As a foodie myself, I also have to say how good the food was. The kitchen staff are lovely and never disappointed me with what they created for me! I would wholeheartedly recommend!

Staying at the hostel was an absolute highlight of my travels! Glad and Mayi are incredible hosts who make everyone feel genuinely welcomed. They bring a unique energy to the place, creating an atmosphere that's both relaxed and full of life. It's not often you find hosts who care so deeply about the comfort and happiness of their guests, volunteers and staff. The hostel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms and well-designed communal areas perfect for mingling or relaxing. The activities you do are guiding, do nights activities, play with the guests, etc.
