The farm is such a lovely place. Klara and the rest of the family really made the farm feel like home. I learned lots of spanish, ate really amazing food, and worked on a lot of projects spanning home improvements, farm management, and end to end the farm processingI felt incredible proud of. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone that's looking to learn about off grid- sustainable, almost fully self sufficient living. This was an amazing experience, and would highly recommend and even do again. I stayed the full two weeks, and really got to embrace the small town farm living.

This is one of my favorite volunteer positions I have done. Clara and her family were so welcoming to their home. It was a cool experience to learn more about the farm production and take part in this. Also my spanish improved so much working on the finca. Clara is a wonderful teacher and I had so many opportunities to practice and improve. This was such a memorable experience for me, I hope to go back and visit one day <3

I had a really nice time in the finca! Klara and her family are really welcoming, it's easy to speak with them, Klara is very kind and acommodating, she really listens to the needs of the volunteers. The spanish lessons were very helpful. The work is varied and allows you to learn more about permaculture. This is a perfect place to take it slow and reconnect with the nature, 100% recommanded.

I have to highly recommend this place. Klára is great host. We helped with everything what had to be done around plantation and garden. Spanish lessons was good and helpful for me (I'm beginner). Place where we stayed was cool and clean. Food was yummy and generally it was positive atmosphere here. I would like to stay longer but is time to continue my travel.

My week at Finca Sagrando was truly incredible! Nestled in one of Colombia's most breathtaking landscapes, the farm offered both rewarding challenges and Spanish classes perfectly tailored to my level. The resident dogs and the charming goat added an extra touch of joy and connect. Klara was exceptional—easily approachable, a fantastic teacher, and an amazing chef, showcasing the freshest the farm vegetables grown on the farm. Jericó itself is a hidden gem, reminiscent of Jardín yet even more vibrant. I can't recommend this volunteer program highly enough!

This is the ideal place if you want to live close to nature and learn about ecological practices. You will be outside for almost the entire day and through the work can experience life on a coffee farm for yourself. This is a really nice and immersive experience since you see what daily life is like, as opposed to something like a 2 hour tour of a coffee plantation. Klara is incredibly nice and respectful and will definitely make you feel at home. Besides the work, the Spanish lessons are super beneficial. The teaching is very clear and structured and definitely pushed me in a good way.

I had such a wonderful week at Finca Segrada. From the moment I arrived I felt so welcomed. The Finca itself is also absolutely beautiful. The work mostly changed from day to day which kept things interesting and I genuinely enjoyed most of the tasks. My favourite part might have been the Spanish classes. Even though I was only there for a week, I learned so much! Klara and Felipe are amazing teachers. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend it!

The Finca is a very beautiful place to calm down and connect with nature. The work can be hard sometimes but if you like working outside and use your hands, it's nice. Also, you can learn a lot about different areas like natural building and coffee processing, Klara is always happy to answer questions. I felt very welcomed in the family and enjoyed my time here a lot. Would recommend:)

Klara and her family made me feel welcomed the second I arrived. The finca is truly stunning and the surrounding area is beautiful as well. The tasks were different every day and I learned a lot in my time there. I got sick during my stay and Klara took care of me and looked after me which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend to da volunteering here!
