The Experience
We are looking for a painter to help with several painting projects outside. Tasks include painting window frames, doors, and other surfaces that need attention. If you have experience with painting and enjoy working on detailed projects, we would love to have you contribute to making our space even more beautiful.

The experience in the Center had a great impact on me. The way that Chantal and Dj opens and trust to the people is inspiring, and I felt really appreciated and truly welcomed. Our main task was to paint some wood doors inside the house and a wall, but we did other things such as gardening, making food and what was necessary in the moment. I would reccomend this experience to people who want to look inside and grow as a person because here there is a lot of space for this, and help will be welcomed.

DJ and Chantal have followed a calling to provide a space for growth in community. I felt at home as soon as I arrived, it is truly a safe space that allowed me to heal so much by opening my heart. The location is a nice 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike to the nearest grocery store. Usually was about 10 volunteers while I was there. They're very open about scheduling and co-creating agreed upon responsibilities, tasks and hours. Common weekly events included biodanza, cacao ceremonies, meditation circles, singing circles, family talent show/open mic nights and sunrise forest walks. 4 cats 😻

It is great for volunteers who would like to see the earth and land of the Netherlands. It is also great for meeting locals and learning language,culture and virtues because it is normally a paid workexperience or workretreat. Also it is very different to workexperiences in big cities. The atmosphere of the people is way more advanced in expression and motivation. It consist of good work schedules and plenty of food and events. Great Experience and Retreat, I will look into returning because I met great people and friends.

The place is amazing, you have a near supermarket and you can travel to the sorroundings little cities in yor free days, you can have your own room or shared but that is not a probleme because the room is a huge area. The tasks are not so fisical demand, and almost every day is a different taks.

Volunteering at the Center was an amazing experience! DJ and Chantal are really kind people. They treated me with respect and I felt free to be myself all the time. They also truly listened to me and appreciated all the work that I did. Thank you so much for everything!
