Buscamos a una persona proactiva, responsable y puntual para impartir clases de escalada a grupos pequeños de edades de 5 años en adelante. Conocimiento de entrenamiento de escalada y preparación física. Experiencia con el manejo de grupos y niños. Conocimiento de equipos de seguridad y escalada. Experiencia impartiendo clases de escalada por al menos 2 años. Certificados de cursos realizados comprobables.

Durante mi estancia en la escuela de escalada y realizando las actividades combinadas, entré en contacto con escaladores locales y hay gran resistencia de la comunidad local a asistir a la escuela, razones que desconozco. Hablé sobre algunas acciones que entendí podrían ser realizadas por ella para reintegrar la escuela a la comunidad local y solicité mi salida anticipada del proyecto, al entender que no estaba alineado con Lo que creo en la cultura de la escalada. La anfitriona quiso cobrarme los días que estuve allí y no estaba dispuesta a hablar sobre las acciones que se podrían tomar.
