The Experience

Volunteers do not need to have any prior experience in farming, but are asked to be diligent in learning the job. Farm work includes preparing the soil, growing vegetable seedlings, making compost, cutting vegetables, packing vegetables, delivering vegetables to customers, collecting seeds, and feeding animals. All of this is not done in one day; it depends on the work each day.

This was my first experience as a volunteer. I'm truly glad that I did it at Nun's farm because I got more than I expected. I had a truly authentic Thai experience. I'll always be thankful for everything. Nun and her family are lovely people and they made me feel so comfortable and welcome in their home. I worked 25 hours per week which was easy and I also had time for myself and I was able to connect with the nature and with local people around.

Thank you so much for the review. Sorry for late reply, I just went through a busy time in the hospital.

If you're looking for an authentic and meaningful experience, this is the place for you! Aside from helping various tasks in the farm, Nun also took me to local events in the village. I was lucky enough to be there during Songkran, participating in traditional rituals and celebrations allowed me to connect with the locals. Thank you Nun for the opportunity to be part of all this, from the activities I took part in to the dishes I got to try, it was truly fascinating to learn about your culture! And thank you TaJin for all the love during my stay! These are the memories I'll cherish forever!

My stay with Nun was a true thai rural Life experience, I felt so enriched by the culture, by the relationships and the events that I took part. Nun is very sociable and funny, I am so proud of her commitment and her energy is contagious. the farm is very nice, she's really making an effort trying to be sustainable and respectful. The community is very special, I felt involved from the very beginning, meeting her family and friends. I got to eat fresh food every day and live in the nature. Thank you Nun, you have a place in my heart ❤️

Ida and I wrote our review together, so everything was already said. I can just repeatedly say that we really recommend Nun and her farm to all of you who want a real authentic impression of Thai farm culture! Thanks a lot to Nun! She has been our first and probably our best Host ever!

Our stay was truly special, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic and meaningful experience. We were warmly welcomed by Nun, her family, and her village. A special thank you goes to Tajin, Nun's grand-uncle, with whom we lived. He always made sure we had enough to eat and everything we needed. And, of course, a big thank you to Nun—such a kind-hearted and generous person. We cooked together, shared laughter, and had a wonderful time. She introduced us to her beautiful culture and took us to traditional events beyond our farm work. The farm work itself was easy and fun!
