The Experience

Dezembro e janeiro é periodo de muitas visitas aqui. As pessoas querem conhecer, ficar nos chalés e descansar . Preciso de pessoas que queiram vir cuidar do sítio e atender esses visitantes. Em especial no período de festas. Não teremos eventos aqui, então o que desejamos é tranquilidade mesmo e alguém que possa orientar os visitantes, ajudar em necessidades pontuais, cuidar da lojinha. O trabalho é maior nos finais de semana e feriados.

O the farm foi minha primeira experiência por aqui e não poderia ter sido melhor. A Márcia e o Sr. Tuffi foram muito generosos sempre, compartilhando conhecimentos além do café, nos levando para conhecer lugares na região, muito justos com os combinados e preocupados com a inclusão dos voluntários de forma muito respeitosa e acolhedora. O lugar é lindo, a cachorrinha da família (Pimenta) é apaixonante. Me senti em família e ainda fiz amigos incríveis como a Amanda e o Ian que fizeram toda a diferença nestes dias por lá!! Sou só gratidão pela experiência!! ❤️

Me dedico al café y elegí esta experiencia para aprender más sobre lo que tanto me apasiona, no solo aprendí sobre café, su origen producción y tueste sino que también conocí un grupo de personas maravillosas. Marcia y Tuffi fueron mi familia, me ayudaron en todo lo que necesite y siempre fueron muy atentos, y las personas que trabajan en la finca también son increíbles. El lugar es un paraíso, más allá de si te gusta el café, es una experiencia que recomiendo hacer.

Essa foi a minha primeira experiencia voluntariando e não poderia ter escolhido um lugar melhor que o the farm para começar. Dona Marcia e seu Tuffi estavam sempre dispostos a ensinar e compartilhar experiencias. O ambiente do sítio é apaixonante, a vista é maravilhosa e os chalés são acolhedores e cadelinha Pimenta roubou meu coração. Tive oportunidade de conhecer pessoas de várias nacionalidades e trocar várias experiencias. Sempre gostei de café, mas não imaginava que esse universo fosse tão vasto e prazeroso de se aprender mais e mais.

O sítio foi minha primeira experiência com voluntariado, e não poderia ter escolhido um lugar melhor. O ambiente é incrível, com uma vista maravilhosa, e os voluntários ficam em chalés privativos muito confortáveis. Temos muito contato com a natureza, um lugar perfeito para relaxar e se reconectar. Márcia e Tuffy são anfitriões incríveis, sempre dispostos a compartilhar conhecimento. Além deles, conheci e me conectei com voluntários de diferentes países e estados. Aprendi muito sobre o mundo do café, passei a apreciar o sítio especiais e levarei esse aprendizado para a vida!

É quase impossível colocar em palavras o quão incrível foi essa experiência no sítio! A Dona Márcia me tratou como alguém da família, me ensinou muito sobre café, compartilhou histórias e momentos incríveis, toda a estrutura do sítio é linda e acolhedora, a conexão com a natureza é indescritível, os chalés são muitos aconchegantes, todos os funcionários são incríveis e prestativos, o Tuffi nós proporcionou momentos incríveis, com histórias das suas viagens, é um casal incrível, super recomendo a todos que quiserem ir fazer voluntariado no sítio, garanto que não vão se arrepender!
