This was my first volunteering experience ever and I couldn't have ask for a better one. I had the best time there and from the first I felt at home. The tasks were various like painting, cleaning, housekeeping, building furniture and outdoor work. Jon is a nice host: kind, sympathetic and always ready to help out. He even let me borrow his skate and surfboard. You need a car for sure bc the place is quite remote and there is a lot to explore: plenty of places to discover, things to do... I suggest to come with someone so is more enjoyble and fun. Recommend this project 1000%.

This was my first volunteering experience and I'm really happy about it! I helped Jon with new photos for his Airbnb and with some light tasks like painting, cleaning, and organizing. Everything was easy and enjoyable to do. The place is very cute, very close to the beach, I had my own comfy room with access to the house which made my stay very comfortable. I also got to explore the island both on my own and with Jon, who was always available and super helpful. Thanks again for the warm welcome, hope to see you again for future projects!

The Host Jonathan is kind and benevolent. He makes you feel at home and checks in regularly, despite being busy. You can also have interesting conversations with him. The Accommodation Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything feels new and well-maintained. The Work Mostly manual tasks. If that's not your thing, 4 hours can feel long, but it's doable. Conclusion A good experience overall. The island is small easy to explore in a week. YOU WILL NEED A CAR for sure.

Jonathan was very welcoming from the day 1. I had a very nice stay and was happy to help him with the housework. The only thing I can say if you apply for "housekeeping and cleaning" you may expect to do also other works related to "maintainance". The hours of work are always in the morning and if you have a special need Jon will do its best to meet it. If you want to visit the island but also to reach the closest town, you absoloutly need a car because the house is off road and even with a bike I consider it a bit hard to move (from my personal point of view).
