The Experience
¿Qué ofrecemos? Increíble habitación con baño y terraza privada, calefacción y aire acondicionado. Pequeño hotel boutique en el centro de Sitges. Podrás disfrutar y hacer uso de las zonas comunes del hotel. ¿Qué buscamos? A una persona para los turnos de recepción de viernes, sábados y domingos. Mínima estancia 2-3 meses. Persona proactiva, resolutiva, diligente y responsable. Experiencia en puesto similar valorable.

Mi experiencia en el hotel superó todas las expectativas que pude haber tenido. El equipo de trabajo es muy amable y paciente, lo que hizo el proceso de adaptación muy fácil. Los horarios se respetan, la habitación es MUY cómoda (un completo lujo para ser voluntariado). Rocío es un amor!! Siempre usó un trato dulce y empático conmigo y todos los demás trabajadores. No tengo absolutamente nada malo que decir, lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados!!

El lugar es tranquilo, cerca de la playa y a Barcelona. Rocío,la manager, fue muy amable y cordial. Sin embargo ,el dueño Carlos, me ofreció un pago extra por turnos adicionales y acepté. Tuve que irme unos días antes por una causa de fuerza mayor con la promesa de que me pagarían, pero al regresar a mi país, Carlos decidió no hacerlo. Mi experiencia fue positiva por los muchos lugares que visite en mi tiempo libre, pero recomiendo dejar todo bien claro desde el inicio para evitar inconvenientes. Sería recomendable que el anfitrión gestione los acuerdos con mayor compromiso y transparencia:)

Gracias por compartir tu experiencia. Queremos aclarar que el voluntariado es un intercambio que requiere compromiso, y en varias ocasiones no cumpliste con tus turnos por viajes no avisados. Aun así, te ofrecimos una habitación privada con baño en un hotel altamente valorado y tuvimos muy buenos gestos contigo, como recogerte en el aeropuerto. Lamentamos que no hayas valorado el trato recibido y que tu experiencia no haya sido positiva en ese aspecto. Te deseamos lo mejor en tus futuros viajes.
