The Experience

We need someone who takes care of the reception and also handles our social media (instagram). The work at reception isn´t that much, so you would have plenty of time to edit videos or pictures in this time and create some content. You are sharing the dorm room with 2 other volunteers and one member of the staff from morocco.

Such an amazing experience! Thank you to Vroni, Karim and the permanent team at the surf camp. Truely felt like a home away from home and I could have easily stayed longer than a month. The hostel was in a great location, very local town and hours were respected and flexible within the 4 volunteers. I would recommend this worldpackers to anyone as I will also be back <3

I absolutely loved the surf camp, it really is a family! Only 4 volunteers at a time but you get to know the guests and the staff really well. This was a wonderful way for me to start building my social media resume!! I didn't work reception and kind of created my own schedule but got to go on all the excursions, so it was really enjoyable! Thank you for everything, I will definitely be back to Anza!!

My volunteering experience at Anza Surf House was my first with Worldpackers, and I couldn't have dreamed of anything better! I had such a great time during the month I stayed, and I honestly wish I could have stayed longer. The hostel's location is ideal: very close to the ocean in a peaceful little town. As for the staff, everyone is incredibly welcoming, and you quickly feel at ease. I had an amazing time and leave with so many wonderful memories! A huge thank you to all the staff members who make this place so special — I can't wait to come back to Anza someday!

It was an amazing time. The team is full of fun and caring people that make your stay really enriching. Vroni and Karim are always available, very flexible, and easygoing to work with. They openly hear out your ideas to improve the hostel and provide a fair work schedule that you can build your day around. Can't wait to return to Anza!

I had a fantastic time here at the surf camp, I felt thoroughly welcomed by the staff, and they really know how to pick their volunteers, all of them have become good friends of mine. I stayed here for two months, and honestly could have stayed even longer. The hostel itself is great and attracts great guests, which make the time very fun and the work easy! The work wasn't hard at all, but I will say being staff at a hostel means you will be asked questions all day, not only while you're on shift. The place is very close to the beach and has very good connections to the busier towns nearby
