The hostel was my first ever volunteering experience and I couldn't have wished for anything better. Other than the breathtaking surrounding area and the beautiful hiking trails the atmosphere in the hostel is unmatched. The workings hours are respected and Fabi is very flexible with the shifts as well as there if you need any help or have any questions. I'm gonna miss this place like a home and will definitely be back one day!!

Volunteering at the hostel is an experience I would recommend to anyone who loves nature and wants to meet like-minded people. It is genuinely a place I will never forget, a true home away from home. First place I volunteered at and I cannot recommend enough. I met so many amazing people & made some great friends, hiked some beautiful trails & pretty much had the best time. Fabian is a great manager, he is flexible with shifts and the work you get is not bad at all, such a chill place filled with so much creativity, so so much love for the hostel, I will be back one day!!! xx

My time spent at the hostel was unlike any other Worldpackers I have done. Fabi is an excellent host, fair with hours, and flexible with which days you work. I will miss my time spent here and the memories I've created will last a lifetime. This hostel is definitely the best I've ever stayed at and I had the pleasure of also volunteering too. I didn't want to leave. If you like nature, hiking, being social with guests, and family dinner nights then this is the place for you. A true home away from home and now it comes with a new hostel dog, Haribo!

Where do I start? I had the absolute BEST time at the hostel. It was my first volunteering experience and honestly there are too many things I loved about it to write in sentences so I'm just gonna bullet point it out: - Beautiful surroundings. Couldn't ever complain about the views. - Every single person person I volunteered with was super nice, and I made amazing friends who I had so many laughs with. - DOGS!!! CAT!! and a CROW!!! - Fabi (manager) notices each volunteer's quirks and talents and lets them develop them in fun ways around the hostel - I've ran out of comment space

I truly understand now how it feels to not want to leave volunteering, and didn't expect to feel this so deeply. I had so much fun that I would forget that i was a volunteer, and I'd enjoy the times that i was on shift very much because its still chill and I enjoyed the responsibilities that I was given. The most bloody awesome people come to this place and I have had more meaningful connections here than I can express, it felt like a home. I want this hostel to be a secret bc I love it so much but everyone deserves to see this place for themselves. You can't beat the hostel!!
