The Experience
Join our small, friendly hostel in the heart of Skopje! If you're looking for a real Balkan experience, surrounded by travelers from all over the world, this is the place for you. We are a small and social hostel located in the city center of Skopje, a vibrant and underrated destination in Europe and for summer, but cheap and stunning. You'll be helping with light daily tasks, connecting with guests, and enjoying lots of free time to explore.

I cannot say anything but good from Kire and the hostel. In this place you have not only what is promised but even more. Here you will find family and friends. This is indeed my second home, and my second time staying here, three whole months and I couldn't ask for more. Such relaxing experience!I felt welcomed since day one and had a great time not only working but spending time with the other volunteers and the host. Kiril, the host, is very caring, flexible and hands-on; always ready for a laugh with the team and sharing about his culture. Tasks were as agreed, hostel was well located and the place itself, very clean; ingredients are provided and you cook yourself. Highly recommend it! Thanks for the opportunity.

I volunteered at the hostel from late April to early June 2025 and had an amazing experience. From the start, I felt part of a family—the team was warm, respectful, and everything was well-organized. The hostel is clean, centrally located, and offers a great mix of vibrant city life and nearby nature to explore. It's a peaceful and culturally rich environment, perfect for connecting with people from around the world. Special thanks to Kire, the owner, whose kindness and vision made this experience unforgettable. A great place to discover Balkan culture and grow personally.

Spending a second time here only confirmed how special this place is. The hostel is peaceful, clean, and easy to feel at home in. The tasks are clear and well-organized, and everything runs with calm and care. One of the best parts is working with Kiril, he leads by example, works as part of the team and is someone you can always count on. It's rare to find such kindness and balance in a work exchange. I leave once again feeling deeply grateful.

I didn't expect to feel so at peace in a volunteer experience but that's exactly what happened here. From the first contact, Kiril was kind and clear, which already said a lot about the place. The hostel is calm, clean and well taken care of, with a warm and familiar atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in. Tasks are simple and manageable. The location is great! You'll have breakfast and access to groceries to cook your meals. But honestly, what made this place special to me was the quiet kindness in the air. Something rare and refreshing when you're always on the move. I'm truly grateful.
