The Experience

Somos una empresa familiar de Pucón, a dos cuadras de estación de autobuses. El hotel cuenta con 12 habitaciones y 5 departamentos. Los voluntarios cuentan con su propio departamento (comparten de 2/ 3 mujeres). Buscamos voluntarios entusiastas dispuestos a ayudarnos en tareas diarias del hotel como atención a huéspedes, hacer check-in y check-out, coordinar el desayuno y limpieza del hotel. Todas estas son rotativas. ¡Ve y disfruta de Pucón!

Los horarios se respetan y las tareas no son difíciles de llevar a cabo; se trata de hacer aseo, servir desayunos o atender recepción de ser necesario. Me quedo muy feliz y agradecida con todos 🩷

Recomiendo voluntarear en the hotel. El lugar es céntrico. Buenas instalaciones, el equipo de trabajo muy amable y atento en todo. Los huéspedes bacanes (como dicen aquí). Me sentí en un ambiente familiar, respetada y cuidada. Juan, Sole e Ingrid son personas increíbles. Agradecida con la experiencia. Muchas gracias por leerme ☺️

Es la 2da vez que hago voluntariado acá, y nuevamente fue como esperaba. El lugar de alojamiento para los voluntarios es cómodo. Las tareas que se asignan son sencillas, como estar en la recepción o ayudar con el aseo y servir el desayuno. Tmb son muy flexibles si se solicita cambiar de horario o de día libre. Si tenemos algunas sugerencias también son escuchadas y las tienen en cuenta. Tanto los dueños como el personal nos reciben muy bien, y siempre están disponibles si necesitamos algo, ya sea del voluntariado o no. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Lo recomendaría siempre!!! Las tareas al igual que los horarios se cumplen. La habitación de voluntarios es cómoda, con su baño y su cocina. El desayuno es delicioso y siempre están viendo que mejorar. Gracias, descanse todo🤍❤️‍🩹

Mi tiempo en Pucón fue increíble. Llegué ahi con la idea de conocer gente, hacer amigos y reacomodar mi mente . Vivir la experiencia de colaborar en el hotel y a la vez conocer de la cultura Chilena en este hotel familiar fue la mejor decisión que pude haber hecho. Las horas de trabajo eran gratas y muy amenas.Las personas a cargo son flexibles a veces con los horarios así que puede organizarme bien para viajar y conocer al rededores.
