A pousada é um lugar muito aconchegante, os turnos de trabalho são flexíveis, basta ter comprometimento e comunicação antecipada de mudanças. Me senti bem em estar lá com todos da equipe e gerência, por isso prolonguei minha estadia, iria ficar um mês e acabei ficando dois. Além disso, o local fica localizado perto da praia, o que é ótimo, e o quarto é somente para os voluntários/ equipe, contando com mais privacidade. O café da manhã é bem elaborado, o que contribui para termos um bom dia. Assim que possível, volto para visitar todos, que se tornaram parte dos meus dias.

A minha experiência na Pousada foi muito positiva. A equipe fixa me recebeu muito bem e o gerente a todo momento foi muito gentil e claro nas solicitações. O espaço físico da pousada é muito bacana, o café da manhã era excelente e os horários sempre foram respeitados e abertos para flexibilização. Fiz muitos amigos novos e até pude aprender um pouco de espanhol. A energia da pousada é muito legal, não tive nenhum problema, só pontos positivos.
