The Experience

Experience an authentic surf hostel stay with us and help us create the best atmosphere for our guests while enjoying your time on the island. We are a friendly surf hostel in Las Palmas of Gran Canaria, only 20 meters from the surf spots, focused on promoting an active lifestyle through chill events as well as surfing & yoga practices. We mostly need help for creating interesting & authentic content follow our brand guide.

My experience volunteering at the hostel was one of the best I've had so far. The hostel is located right on the beach, just steps away from shops, bars, and everything you could wish for. The atmosphere is truly magical, thanks to the amazing people and the vibrant energy of the place. Paul is always there to support us with whatever we need, and the shifts are well organized, making everything run smoothly. I genuinely loved every moment of my time there.

I had an awesome time! The hostel is nice and has the ideal location. Especially the other volunteers and the manager Paul made the stay perfect! I had one free surf lesson as mentioned before and rented a surfboard for my stay, so I could surf every day. Unfortunately during my time, there were some youth french groups that booked out the entire hostel for some weeks. That's why I didn't get the full hostel feeling for the entire stay, but some weeks in between there were normal hostel guests again. It didn't take away from the experience though!

My experience at the hostel was my first one with Worldpackers, and I couldn't have asked for more. The hostel and the city feel like a happy island, with a warm and cheerful atmosphere from day one. I built incredible connections with the other volunteers, and together with Paul's kindness and energy, everything felt truly magical. Between surfing, the ocean just steps away, and the amazing vibes, it was an unforgettable stay. A memory I'll carry with me forever! Thank you so much!!

I stayed from late June to mid-August and had an amazing experience. Meeting guests, spending time with volunteers, and enjoying fun moments with Paul, the manager, especially while surfing, made it unforgettable. Making friends is easy thanks to nearby hostels, great colleagues, and friendly guests. The location is perfect for surfing, and the island is easy to explore by bus (though renting a car is more convenient). The work is straightforward, leaving plenty of time to enjoy your stay. I'd definitely recommend this hostel for a fun and memorable experience.
