My time at the community was by far one of the best farmstay experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived Allade treated me like I was part of the family & did everything she possibly could to make me feel comfortable & at home. The work was at times strenuous but always very satisfying. I definitely will be returning someday & would 100% recommend this opportunity to anybody looking for an authentic Costa Rican farm experience. Muchas gracias tita por todo lo que hayas hecho por mí y compartido conmigo. Jamás voy a olvidar esta experiencia tan linda que me brindaste. Nos vemos pronto💚

Staying with Allade and her family has been amazing and I wish I could've stayed so much more. I immediately felt part of her family and everyone is so kind and welcoming. There are always many volunteers and it's fun to meet everyone and share all this time together. You get so much and help on the various projects : working in the garden, painting, decorating, helping Dani's kid daycare. The family is so great that you just WANT to help around and they always give you snacks, share stories, take you along to the river etc. It's been an incredible experience and I will miss you all so much!

Allade es una execelente anfitriona, siempre preocupada de los voluntarios. Me brindó la experiencia más auténtica que he vivido en CR. Aprender a respetar mi entorno, la naturaleza y sus animales. Es maravilloso consumir alimentos 100% naturales. Ella ama su finca y lo transmite. Recomiendo a todo aquel que le gusta la vida de campo vivir esta experiencia. Los lujos son asunto de perspectiva ( alimentos naturales, entorno libre de contaminación, cercanía con los animales, trabajar la tierra, familia, amor) Si eres una persona que busca conectarse con la naturaleza, este es el lugar.
