I had really good time in the hostel, helping organizing activites. I'm working remotely and it was not a problem to adjust it with my volunteer schedule. The place itself is increible and there are various activities. Alvaro and Ryan are really welcoming and treat you like family from day 1 :) So if you're looking for a place where you can have fun working - apply!

During my volunteer work at Socialtel Mancora, I was particularly satisfied with the quality of the welcome offered to people, as well as the adherence to work schedules. The clientele was generally friendly and pleasant, which made the experience even more positive. However, the accommodations provided were not always in optimal condition , which could be an area for improvement to enhance the volunteer experience. I would recommend it at anyone who wants to work in a good atmosphere and discover the north of Peru

Mi experiencia como voluntaria en el hostel fue increíble. Definitivamente lo recomiendo a cualquiera que le guste interactuar con la gente, estar en la playa y trabajar en equipo. El staff es súper amable, desde los chicos de la cocina hasta el gerente. Siempre estuvieron muy pendientes de todo, haciéndome sentir como en un segundo hogar. El trabajo es muy divertido, es más que todo crear contenido y ser un apoyo en las actividades de experience. Ser parte de esas actividades me enseñó demasiado, y sobretodo hizo que mi estadía fuera muy agradable. Definitivamente volveré.

Tuve una semana maravillosa en el hostel. Lamentablemente, por un malentendido con migración solo pude quedarme una semana, pero Ryan y Álvaro, quienes están a cargo de los voluntarios, lo entendieron perfectamente e hicieron que aprovechara al máximo mi tiempo. el hostel tiene un equipo increíble, que te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Recomiendo muchísimo la experiencia. Gracias Ryan y Álvaro por convertir mi estancia en una parte tan especial de mi viaje.
