Equipo de cocina son las personas muy buenas, buenos compañeros .Me sentí como en familia en cada momento, aprendí más sobre cultura oaxaceña, gastronomía, las costumbres, mentalidad de las personas de aquí. Mi experiencia fue muy agradable en varios sentidos. La habitación es muy cómoda y privada, un excelente lugar para descansar además de tener acceso a usar la cocina y el espacio para lavar tu ropa. El trabajo en el anfitrión es una buena oportunidad para diferentes habilidades en el área de alimentos y bebidas. Los encargados del lugar son personas amables y respetuosas, siempre abiertos a la comunicación y dispuestos a escucharte y flexibles en cualquier situación. El horario aunque es extenso es algo que desde el inicio se estipuló y se recompensa económicamente. Es un lugar que recomiendo

Muy buena hospitalidad, pero realmente no es un voluntariado, buscan que realices un trabajo como tal de acuerdo a tus habilidades, en mi caso exigí mis horarios de 6 horas pero solo era un día de descanso, pero mi otro compañero trabajaba de 1:30 pm hasta 11 pm. También era un ambiente tóxico no me agradaba como se dirigía a sus colaboradores principalmente a la gerente.
