The hostel has been a short chapter but full of surprises. The place is lovely and quiet, but everything can change in a second if you're also looking for party! Shifts can end in less than 5 hours, depending on the amount of reservations, and the duties are super easy. I felt welcomed from the very first day, thanks to Gabriel, Mr. Fidel, and especially Lorenzo. This experience has taken a special place in my heart, and for that, I fully recommend it.

Gabriel was fun and took us to a bar. The hostel is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood but does not cater to young travelers. It is walking distance to a large park and a car ride from the downtown. Daily work included cleaning bathrooms, rooms, and kitchen (4 hours). Communication about days off and daily tasks was sometimes unclear, making it difficult to plan. We had some issues with cleanliness, such as the unwashed blankets. For the first week we were given only some eggs to cook for breakfast, but there were two cafes downstairs to get food. We had access to the washing machine.

My time at the hostel was very fun the people who work there are the best, it's like a family❤️ I did not paint as it was communicated beforehand on Worldpackers, so that's one thing they maybe need to improve, but the tasks I did were easy and did not take that long. In general it's a nice place to meet locals and practise one's spanisch, the city is very beautiful. All in all I would definitely do it again!

I'm grateful for the time I had here. Everyday tasks were mostly pertaining to housekeeping which included sweeping, mopping, changing the rooms after guests left and cleaning the bathrooms. Overall very easy going environment and only about 10-20 min from the center. You work in the mornings and then pretty much get the rest of the day free. The owners of the hostel are very welcoming and the entire family is very kind. I got to practice my Spanish a lot here and I had a lot of fun nights with the team including salsa dancing, family dinners, and karaoke. Good balance of chill + fun👍🏾
