I had an amazing time in Arusha with Msekwa. I was made to feel right at home, she was very flexible in terms of the schedule. She helped me in many ways. She was proactive in helping me set up a safari and organized several excursions that we went on. She introduced me to many of her friends and I was able to make several connections in Tanzania and she showed me so much of her culture. The school was so beautiful, it's small and very nicely put together. You can see that the children are very well cared for and looked after. The kids are so smart and sweet. Next time I'll stay for longer!

My experience at the school was great. Meskwa the host is friendly and very welcoming, I stayed with her at her home and it was great to be able to meet her friends and neighbours through communal dinners and movie nights. the school and nursery is a lovely environment, the kids age from 1.5 - 5 years and really energetic and sweet. I mainly supported with English language practice, dance lessons and general play time across the three classes. It's really easy to get to and from Arusha from the village and there's lots to do near by for after classes finish or on the weekends.

Msekwa is a great host, she made us feel welcome since the beginning, introducing us to her friends to do activities together giving us the chance to experience life as locals. We didn't really have a chance to spend time with the kids at school since after a week there Christmas break started, so there were just a few kids left. Overall that week it's been amazing, the kids welcomed us in the best way possible and we tried to enjoy every second of it.
