I had a great time in the eco village Oloh. Yuli is an amazing woman with big ambitions and truly kind. Her family and neighbours included me like a family member and I felt very welcomed. Same for the school and the teachers although the students were a bit shy sometimes. It's the best place if you want to experience the local life at its fullest and to espace the hectic touristy places. Miss it already and hope to come back one day!!

I came to the eco village to teach English, but I ended up learning so much more. The people welcomed me like family; especially Yuli, whose kindness and hard work inspire everyone around her. I learned about farming, traditions, and what it means to truly connect. Life here is simple, real, and full of meaning. It's not about what you do; it's about how you feel: seen, cared for, changed.
