Eduardo and his team at the hostel were fantastic. There was a bit of trouble at times with my very limited Spanish trying to communicate with some staff but for the most part there's no issues with speaking Spanish. Valladolid is a gorgeous city with the opportunities to go out and experience the local Mexican, Yucatán and even Mayan culture. I spent my days adventuring and relaxing in the hammocks by the pool and was hosting events with hostel guests every night. It was a very rewarding experience and would recommend it to anyone wanting to get a more small city cultural experience. I

I had an amazing time at the hostel – the staff, the guests, and the overall vibe are simply incredible! The pool was perfect, and I loved unwinding in the hammock. I've been doing a lot of volunteering during my travels, and this has definitely been one of the most fun experiences! I miss you all already!
