Volunteering here was truly an unforgettable experience. The host was very kindhearted, warm, and always made sure we were well taken care of. The work and its amount was exactly what was agreed. Truly thankful that this was my first Worldpacker experience and I will remember it forever!

Had a difficult experience unfortunately. The host is extremely strict, rigid with time and offers a hierarchical treatment. If u are ever late, or don't achieve a work demand, or unexpected events occur, she'll be very disappointed and frustrated (and she'll immediately warn that she can get another couple that better accepts her demands). If u always meet all her requirements, u'll know her generous and kind side. The place where the work is needed is an hour away from the place where u'll 'live' and sleep. Volunteering here is suitable only for those who are ok working hard under vigilance.

Michelle keeps her agreements and has good intentions, but the experience is neither collaborative nor social. The relationship is strictly professional and hierarchical, with constant supervision and high standards for the quantity and quality of each task. From the first day, our unfamiliarity with the city and language made the relationship tense. This is not a cultural immersion experience but more like working for a company with direct oversight. If you're only looking for a place to sleep in exchange for work, it may suit you. Her children, however, are very friendly and open.
