The Experience
Join us at our charming inn located on the stunning shores of Southern Albania, where tourists flock to enjoy the pristine beaches. Our inn is set in Himare, just steps away from Livadhi Beach and 1.9 km from Akuariumit Beach, with Spille Beach only 2.7 km away. Volunteers will help with cleaning and maintaining our lovely beachfront property. Enjoy beautiful surroundings, and the chance to explore this picturesque region.

My experience in Himara was very positive. I am very grateful to Jana, Sofia and Alex for everything. The food made by Jana and Sofia is exceptional ;). The facilities and rooms for the team are really good, so you can rest comfortably, while listening to the waves of the sea. Livadhi is a spectacular beach where you can see beautiful sunsets and relax on the sand. It is also a very good place to connect with other volunteers, also because in Livadhi and Himara there are many of them.

Jorge was a wonderful addition to our team. He was consistently helpful and highly communicative with us during his time. He had a positive attitude and was very reliable, which had a great impact on our teams productivity. We truly appreciated our time with him.

I appreciate the hosts for the food and accommodation, but the experience fell short. There was disrespect, poor communication, and sexist behavior from the owner and her assistant. Tasks were assigned based on gender, and mistakes were poorly tolerated. I observed harsh treatment toward employees and was personally mistreated, while male volunteers were treated well. I left a week early. I do not recommend this volunteering experience due to its lack of respect and professionalism.

My experience at the hotel was great! Work during high season can be a bit demanding but there are days that are calmer and being able to relax on the beach, which is in front of the hotel, is rewarding. The facilities are great and so is the staff! The only point is that tasks could be better organized and communication more effective as some things are lost in translation. My time there was really good and I'm grateful to Jana, Alex and Sofi for everything!

Es un sitio muy bonito, tranquilo, cómodo, lleno de paz y justo frente al mar la vista es excelente pero algo distante del pueblo por otro lado, la energía de los dueños y encargados es increíble no se siente diferencia entre el equipo todos son iguales, el trato es de mucha calidez y la facilidad de reír es fascinante, siempre hay risas en el habiente. En la descripción del voluntariado dice que es habitación compartida, pero todos los voluntarios tuvimos la dicha de tener nuestra propia habitación ya que era temporada baja, vine por un mes y terminé quedándome tres meses y la comida perfecta

Disfruté mis días en el hotel. Fue el voluntariado perfecto para mi: frente al mar, en un lugar tranquilo y en el cual conocí y compartí con personas extraordinarias. Iana y Sofía cocinan muy bien y son excelentes anfitrionas. El humor nunca faltó en el día a dia y así daba gusto trabajar, en un ambiente muy cómodo y alegre. Me sentí en casa. Muchas gracias por el cariño, la comprensión, las risas y el respeto. Espero volver a verlos. Son una familia muy linda. Iana, Sofía y Alex: que la vida les regale el don de la abundancia.
