The Experience
Trabalho colaborativo na guest house e hospedagem em um chalé ao lado exclusivo para a equipe com todas as comodidades necessarias. O café da manhã é oferecido aqui na pousada e todos nós(anfitrioes e voluntarios) tomamos as 9:30h. Voluntariado 5 dias na semana, 5 horas por dia com regime de escala semanal sempre rotativos e com 2 dias de folgas semanais seguidas.

Eu super indico voluntariar na guest house, não poderia ter escolhido um lugar melhor para encerrar essa fase tão linda e transformadora da minha vida. Desde o primeiro dia me senti bem-vinda. A Fer e o Vini são muito gente boa, realmente preocupados em uma troca justa, aprendi muito com eles. O serviço é tranquilo, organizado, e eles respeitam o horário trabalhado. Minha experiência de voluntariado na Pousada a guest house foi única, pois os voluntários têm um chalé privativo ao lado da pousada, o que eu adorei para relaxar e cozinhar com outros voluntários com quem fiz amizade <3. As atividades são organizadas semanalmente, com foco na manutenção e limpeza dos quartos e áreas comuns. Vinicius e Fernanda são anfitriões maravilhosos e eu adorei ajudar nas atividades da pousada. O café da manhã é um banquete bem variado, com frutas, doces e salgados. Eu adorei!

Voluntariar na guest house foi uma experiência maravilhosa! Primeiro porque Vinicius e Fernanda são pessoas incríveis e responsáveis, a pousada é linda e eles ficam a todo momento fazendo de tudo para que tudo saia incrível. O trabalho dos voluntários é justo e bem distribuído, os horários flexíveis e as folgas seguidas pro melhor aproveitamento. Temos um chalé ao lado da pousada, o que garante privacidade e segurança. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e Lençois é fácil de se apaixonar e querer ficar mais tempo. Espero voltar um dia!

Tive uma experiência muito boa voluntariando na Pousada the guest house! 🌿 O lugar é tranquilo, bonito e cheio de boa energia. A equipe é gente boa, o trabalho flui de forma leve e o ambiente é super acolhedor. A localização é ótima, pertinho do centrinho de Lençóis, onde tem restaurantes e lojinhas legais. Também dá pra conhecer várias cachoeiras e trilhas incríveis por perto, como o Ribeirão do Meio, o Sossego, a Cachoeira da Fumaça e o Morro do Pai Inácio. Recomendo pra quem quer viver uma boa troca, aprender, curtir a Chapada Diamantina e se conectar com a natureza e pessoas do bem! ✨

Voluntariar na guest house foi incrível, os anfitriões são super receptivos e comunicativos, o café da manhã é muito bom e a pousada é linda. As tarefas são claras e fáceis de executar, tudo é muito bem comunicado e as escalas são justas. A chapada diamantina é mágica e tem muito rolê perto da pousada. Enfim, gratidão Vinícius e Fernanda por me receberem tão bem.
