The Experience
We are a hostel located in the heart of Myeong-dong, Seoul. Take the opportunity for free accommodation while traveling in Seoul. It's an cleaning task A bunk bed staff room is provided. There's some plumbing noise -.- Please give a lot of support! :)

I had a very good time during this month of volunteering. Regarding the shift, it was solo work from 3 pm to 10 pm and I was in charge of the check-ins (Tuesday to Wednesday). Guests are nice and the tasks are clearly explained. The hotel and the room were very clean and comfy. I had my own room with a private bathroom, just perfect. The location is great to enjoy Seoul too! The food included consists of breakfast ingredients that we can take at any time of the day

Even though my time volunteering at the hostel was short, it was a great experience and I totally recommend it! The managers are kind and helpful. The tasks are clear and easy once you get used to the workflow. I enjoyed the facilities and the location, super close to all the main tourist spots in Seoul. You'll enjoy it!

Working in the cleaning staff at the hostel is a great opportunity because it leaves you with a lot of time to explore the city while being able to save money on accommodation. The room is nice and I was able to rest well there, combined with the common areas I had enough space, but if the roommate is at home too it can be a bit too small. Overall I enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a easygoing way to save some money in Seoul.

I would absolutely recommend volunteering at the hostel! The working hours were clearly communicated and the tasks as a receptionist are simple and not stressful at all. Additionally, the location is excellent to explore Seoul in your free time and the room provided was comfortable. I also want to mention the team that made me feel welcome and were always ready to help if I had any uncertainties during my shifts :)

This host was amazing! They were super welcoming and showed me around like a friend. The local food tour they organized was top - notch, with hidden gems I'd never find alone. Other travelers should know this experience is personal and full of heart—you'll feel right at home.
