It was my first volunteer experience and I loved it! I was expecting what it was, a super calm place where you can meet so many pelegrins on the Camino di Santiago. I came to Spain to learn Spanish and thanks to Silvia and another Columbian volunteer I have the opportunity to practice a lot, there was also an Irish guy as Volunteer so good also to improve in English. If you are looking for a chill place with lovaleble people, it's perfect. Sourrounded by nature and not far from a bus station, for sure not the best if you are looking for big parties but 2 weeks I would recommend it to everyone.

This was my first volunteering experience, and I was really lucky to land in this place. Silvia is an amazing woman. She is really comprehensive and always there for you. The work is not complicated at all, just do some coffees and sandwiches. You work from 7to 12, meet a lot of pilgrims who all have amazing stories to share, and in the afternoon you have all the free time needed. If you are find of nature and spending time by yourself this place is definitely for you. The accommodation is on the first floor of the host. I would recommend it 100% :)

First of all this was my first volunteer trip and I could not of asked for a better place. The host is easy to talk to and get along with. The tasks where not difficult as the host made it as easy as possible for us, it's a very good place to meet new people as there are many people passing by doing the Camino

It was a perfect first experience! Sylvia is incredibly nice and understanding and she does a lot for the volunteers. I came at the end of the pilgrim season so the host itself was very quiet and a little boring, but this was communicated to me beforehand! I enjoyed the calmness of the nature, though not having any supermarkets nearby can be annoying. Nevertheless I didn't come short of anything and will look back at my stay very happily.

I really enjoyed to stay there. I could meet many pilgrims!! It was very amazing opportunity ❤️ My tasks were almost in the cafe for pilgrims. So I waked up 6am and doing cafe. It's not bartender so it's more barista and cafe work!! And also sometimes I spent time for deep cleaning another house. I also enjoyed to spend time with another volunteers it was great time. Silvia doesn't cook too much so I'm not sure about real local Spanish food but another volunteer and I cooked also so we could enjoy many kind of food. One day I would like to walk Camino de Santiago!! Thank you so much!!
