The Experience

Welcome to paradise. If you like outdoors and culture. This is the place to be. You will have time to go to the beach, ride bike, swim, site seeing. All I require is order in the house and respect house rules. You will be doing lite handy work, cleaning, organizing, watering garden and house chours. If you are not a handyman or handywoman but, are opening to learn. That would be great. I have a scooter that can be used locally. Have a license.

I had a wonderful stay! Jose was very kind I learned so much and we had great conversations! I learned how to pressure wash, helped prime/paint a house and helped build a closet space. The location was great very close to the beach and track which I frequently walk/jogged at. The kitchen was very accommodating blender coffee ice etc. Overall a great experience on my journey! Still going to keep working on my espanol! 🙂

The best place I could stay in Puerto Rico! I'm Brazilian and I was on vacation, I needed to practice my Spanish and Jose's place was the best for it! I felt home there, the work is easy, the location is great, the hosts are like family, they took me to a music festival on my last day, always checking if I was ok, if I needed anything, the scooter was such a great add to this experience. I can't describe how good was my 2 weeks there, I wish I could stay more, and I'm sure I'll come back! A huge thanks to Jose and Janellie! I already miss you guys❤️ hasta luego

Desde el primer momento me sentí acogido, casi como si ya formara parte de la casa. Me sorprendía lo atentos y serviciales que eran conmigo, al punto de que a veces me daba pena tanta hospitalidad, casi como si estuviera en un hotel. José es un hombre con una sabiduría preciosa, de esas que se transmiten sin prisa y dejan reflexiones que uno se lleva para toda la vida. Jamás imaginé encontrar a alguien tan generoso y atento. Cuando salía con su esposa, me incluían siempre, me cuidaban, me preguntaban cómo estaba, me hacían conversación y me hacían sentir verdaderamente en familia.
