The Experience
Join our vibrant hostel team in Santa Marta as a bar volunteer! We seek a fluent Spanish and English speaker with excellent interpersonal skills. Your role will include serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a lively atmosphere. Located 5 minutes from the city center, our hostel is perfect for exploring Tayrona Park, Palomino, and Minca. Enjoy Santa Marta's beaches, nightlife, and culture in your free time.

Vivir en el hostel y poder conocer gente tan linda durante todo estancia fue una experiencia muy agradable que volvería a repetir. Todo el staff del hostel siempre me ayudó en lo que necesitaba y logramos tener unos buenos vínculos durante y después de mi estancia. El cargo de bartender es divertido y te explican como hacer los cócteles, sin duda volvería a repetir la experiencia.

La experiencia en el hostel fue súper increíble!!✨ Siendo sincera ha sido el hostel más limpio, SÚPER ORGANIZADO y seguro en el que he realizado hasta ahora voluntariados. Pau es un excelente host, te indica a detalle las labores que harás y hay un seguimiento continuo para que puedas instalarte muy bien. Lo que me encantó fue la flexibilidad de horarios y realmente los beneficios que tienes a cambio! Todo fue A1 y espero algún día volver🤍🤍

El hostel es un lugar increíble para quedarse en Santa Marta, tiene muy buena energía, espacios cómodos, actividades chéveres y todo lo que uno necesita para relajarse o trabajar tranquilo. Pau, también es un excelente host, siempre amable, atento y con la mejor disposición para ayudarte en lo que necesites. Se nota que ama lo que hace y eso se refleja en todo el ambiente del hostel. ¡Gracias Pau por hacer que la experiencia fuera aún mejor! Sin duda, un lugar al que quiero volver.

Por dónde comenzar 🩷 Muy buen trato, muy organizados y respetuosos con el horario, súper cumplidos con la alimentación, excelente comunicación para cumplir con las tareas, y muy buen equipo de trabajo. El voluntariado en el hostel fue una experiencia increíble, gracias a la calidad del anfitrión y su familia que me recibieron con mucho cariño en su hostel, tanto que se sintió como tener un hogar en Santa Marta. Una combinación entre responsabilidad y libertad que me encantó ✨ los voy a extrañar mucho ! Gracias por la oportunidad 🩷
