The Experience
Conoce la preciosa zona de gredos, viviendo dentro de un santuario de animales con 100 animales de 11 especies diferentes. Participa de sus cuidados, conoce nuestros pueblos y su naturaleza. Gracias a este compromiso a largo plazo tendrás la oportunidad de conocer mucho mejor tanto el proyecto, como a los animales que aquí viven. Serás de gran ayuda en lo que a las labores de rescate y cuidado se refiere.

For a non-veg/vegan, this experience is very valuable. I really liked the purely vegan diet and showed me once again that you can replace anything and it still tastes very good. Through the conversations and the time with the animals, I can actually imagine a veg/vegan diet and the experience is not intended to convert people, but it still makes you think. What I will miss most are the goats and the dogs (especially my love doña Carmen). The two locals are really committed to their animals who would do anything for them what I really appreciate and I hope they keep it up.Will visit them again☺

Being a volunteer at the shelter sanctuary was a great opportunity to be part of a project as beautiful as this, interacting with those responsible you can see how much love and dedication they put into building the sanctuary and giving the best for the animals, so knowing that I was part of building this is very special, and in return I was able to connect with nature and the animals who are simply adorable. Fran and Sabela are great hosts and always take your opinion and suggestions into consideration, so in general I only have good words to describe this experience.

Me encantó ayudarles con los the shelter y consentirlos con mi comida. Volvería siempre, lo mejor para uds como hoy y siempre. Me voy con el corazón arrugado ya que hice un vínculo con cada uno de los seres vivos y especialmente con Carmen ❤️. Espero visitarlos en mi próxima visita a España, gracias gracias gracias por enseñarme que amar no diferencia especies. Abrazo

Te recomiendo este voluntariado si necesitas salir de la rutina y estar en contacto contigo mismo, la naturaleza y sobre todo disfrutando de los animalitos que hay allí, es una buena oportunidad para conocer más de cerca la vida en el campo con sus cosas buenas y malas, además de ayudar en lo que puedas a Sabela y Fran ya que están construyendo todo desde cero. Las tareas son sencillas y podrás disfrutar de bastante tiempo libre si es lo que buscas. Recalcar que la zona es preciosa y los pueblitos que hay por allí también:)

Me encanto muchísimo. Sabela y fran son geniales... se nota que dan alma y cuerpo por los el refugio eh aprendido y disfrutado de los el refugio más tiernos y traviesos . Como también me conecte con la naturaleza se respira paz. Fue enrriquecesor este voluntariado. Y me llevo muchos recuerdos lindos de todos los animalitos mimosos.Muy agradecida de 💟
