The Experience

Somos un equipo de tres personas en cooperativa que gestionan un albergue/bar/restaurante en el prepirineo aragonés. Ruesta es una cesión al sindicato CGT desde hace más de 30 años. Somos un punto de paso del camino de Santiago por Aragón, aunque nuestro albergue acoge no sólo a peregrinos sino también a turistas y viajeras en general. Ofrecemos una hostelería de tipo familiar, cercana y con comida casera. Tenemos 64 plazas en nuestro albergue.

I enjoyed my time in the host. It's a lovely spot and the people were very lovely. I did however feel quite lost & unknformed about what was going on and the work we were doing but at least part of that was due to my very minimal spanish skills. But nonetheless, overall a great experience.

Mi experiencia en the host ha sido muy muy muy buena, me sentí muy a gusto en el medio de la naturaleza y con el equipo, muchísima gracias a Caro, Luna y Dani que llevan el albergue divinamente y gracias también a mi compañeros Roberto, Santi y Agustina (La luna nera 😂) La tareas son sencillas y los horarios son respetados, además las chicas son siempre disponibles y abierta si hay cualquier tipo de problema. Un saludo a todas, suerte con el bingo Ahahah Buena vida y temporada de trabajo 🫶🏻

Mi experiencia en este lugar fue realmente excepcional. Desde el primer momento, me sentí acogido gracias a Luna, Caro y Dani, quienes no solo son personas extraordinarias, sino que también forman un equipo de trabajo excelente y muy unido. Siempre estuvieron atentos a las necesidades de los voluntarios, demostrando una gran calidez y compromiso. Hicieron todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos como en casa, brindándonos un ambiente amigable y de apoyo constante. La dedicación y amabilidad de este equipo hicieron que mi tiempo allí fuera inolvidable y profundamente enriquecedor.

Ha sido de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en mi vida, las personas el anfitrión son geniales, el lugar es hermoso, conviví con la naturaleza en su esplendor y aprendí mucho de la historia local. Es un lugar que permite, meditar, pensar y encontrarse con uno mismo.

Caro, Luna y Dany son excelentes personas, la estancia fue muy agradable y también su compañía, el anfitrión es muy bonito, con vistas espectaculares y muy tranquilo, al estar totalmente aislado el cielo nocturno es espectacular. Mi estadía fue muy agradable. Cómo puntos negativos diría, es difícil llegar y también salir, no hay muchos lugares cerca para hacer turismo y en el tiempo libre hay poco que hacer, no hay buena señal de móvil y el wifi no llega a la habitación. Si buscas desconectar o desintoxicarte de las redes, es el mejor lugar, pero si quieres hacer turismo te será difícil.
