The Experience

I'm in the small, but beautiful city of Loja, my work team and I are looking for help for our academy, because for us it is important to have practical, dynamic and fun classes. There are students from 12 years old to people aged 65 years. The idea we have of teaching English is different, that is why we seek your help, through conversational talks, games, activities and more we can help improve the linguistic skills of our students.

The South American Language Center had gave me a very interesting experience were I got to talk to different english students. This was something very nice and I got to play some songs with my guitar along with some students. Everyone is very nice and polite, I'd recomend the experience no doubt!

This experience was so fun! The people at the academy are friendly, accommodating, and excellent communicators. The work is stress free, and the students are eager and excited to learn! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the apartment and its location. You can walk to pretty much anywhere in the city. Loja has a lot to offer! And for a couple bucks you can visit any nearby city/national park by bus. This is also an excellent opportunity to practice your Spanish. I spoke everyday with people all over the city and improved a lot! I really wish I had stayed longer than a month!

Such a beautiful experience, the classes and environment were terrific, and the same with the rooms for the volunteers. I was treated with kindness and made new friends, it was a significant opportunity to be part of the South American Loja center, I am going to remember it a lot, it also had a short walking distance from the hotel we were staying, which made it even cooler, while meeting the city's main parts. Amazing experience, missing it already...

The Academy is modern and well structured. The management and the teaching staff were cooperative, collaborative and collegial. The agreed terms & conditions were followed and respected. Top notch accommodation was provided in a central location with all the amenities for comfortable living. It's a satisfying & worthwhile experience for me to volunteer at the school. I highly recommend the Academy to would-be volunteers. Excellent experience overall!
