Wonderful experience in the host! I got to know so many warmth heart people here. Every mornings they will greet you with a big smile in their faces. Good music, good laughs, good dancing and good food shared here. I wasn't expecting to try so many delicious vegetarian foods 🌱 🫶🏽 If you are into trail running and/or hiking this is also the perfect place to be. The work scheduled is respected, every week they will let you know your time shifts and days off. In the host it is all about team work 🫶🏽 I would love to come back. Muito obrigada a todos 💚

There are a lot of good things I can say about the host, but I want to start by talking about the people... they are all AMAZING! Guida, Carla, Brito, Pia, Bárbara, and the whole team made me feel at home. Lots of laughter, learning, contact with nature, good times, new experiences, new vegetarian foods, and new songs... The tasks are easy, and the schedule is respected. It's a place full of energy and good vibes.

Hi! the host has been a great and beautiful experience. The work is hard, but the beauty of the place, the nature, the vegetarian/vegan food (it's wonderful) and even more so the people who are there Guida, Luana, Carla (and Ian), Mariana, Lucia, Brito and Thiago make the work not feel heavy. I thank them all for always being attentive and concerned. the host is far from the city, which is something to consider if you want to tour while you're there, but there's always someone willing to help or you can take an Uber. They speak Portuguese and English thanks for everything Obrigada!!✨🫶🏻🤍

A minha experiência na the host foi maravilhosa! A Serra da Arrabida é mesmo um lugar mágico, e a the host é coerente com o entorno. As pessoas são belas e fiquei mesmo feliz com os encontros que tive. O trabalho que realizei foi mais na cozinha e é intenso, as horas são respeitadas, mas é cansativo! Pra mim valeu a pena, aprendi um bocado com as chefs Inês e Sofia, também com Joaquim, Carla e Thiago. E por sorte havia o projeto Ser, então teve Jaque, Josi, Marta, Felipe e outras pessoas lindas da equipe! Única coisa que falamos, são os quartos/camas pra termos um melhor descanso!

Trabalhar com a equipe da the host foi muito gratificante. Aprendi muito e criei vínculos com pessoas incríveis. Todos por lá tem um coração aberto e uma mente ativa. Para uma boa experiência de voluntariado basta querer contribuir para o zelo e a organização do hotel - que vira mesmo uma segunda casa. É um ambiente muito fluído, sempre com pessoas diferentes a frequentar, o que faz a estadia ser ainda mais especial ou interessante! O entrosamento da equipe é muito bom. Os entornos do hotel são muito agradáveis; muita natureza e trilhas nos arredores. Quero muito voltar no futuro, no verão :)
