The Experience

My name is Watchara and I have been a tour guide for 10 years. I am a former Buddhist monk and school with experience in teaching meditation techniques. I am offering a unique Thai experience that allows me to be a part of your wonderful trip to Thailand. The facilities are simple but clean, with a shared toilet and washing facilities, and small bamboo thatch roofed houses for sleeping. There is no electricity in the farm.

At the farm I truly connected with nature and the beautiful culture around me. It's a really good chance to be offline and be in the present (but fyi my internet connection was perfect and I was able to charge my devices in the nearby village as needed) the farm and Dang are friendly and the food was amazing. They even let me use the scooter to visit the village and a hotspring nearby!! Highly recommend❤️❤️

My time at whatchara farm was truly such a special experience. I had so much fun experiencing the local life and working on the rice fields. This experience gives you a true escape into nature and a raw look into life in a Thai village. The other volunteers were lovely and whatchara, dang and fawn were so lovely to be around. Not to mention Dang's amazing cooking!! Come here with an open mind and ready to be completely exposed to nature and you will have the best time. 10/10 recommend

The experience is exactly what they say and couldn't be better. The work is minimal, the food that Dang does is super tasty and you will never be hungry. It's excellent to just slow down, leave your phone aside, and find new always to entertain yourself while surrounded by nature

My week in the farm was Amazing. The whole experience is in my good books. the farm and his family is Amazing. They would give us a lot of food 3 times a day and always ask if we need more. It was an experience living in the farm with basic necessities of life. We learned a lotabout nature and how to sustain it. Mainly developing skills in ecological way and how less it needs to live a healthy happy life. The meditation and work at the farm was easy and required a little focus. It was the best experience living away from the city busy life and experiencing the life in nature. Thank you

I have no words to describe this experience. the farm is one of his kind, always smiling and open to answer questions. He does so many things for others without asking anything in return, what a great man he is! The family is great and I felt part of their lives immediately, Dang cooks great food and Fon is very sweet. You will be shocked at the beginning as their life is totally opposite to the frenetic chaos of the city, but as you progress you start appreciating the simple things and this place will leave you a piece of the farm which will always stay with you. Thank you the farm family!
