The Experience

Hi everyone, My name is Na, 35 years old, living in Vinh city - a small city near the beach, 300km from Hanoi. I am looking for some help from the volunteer to help my sons immerse themselves in English environment. I think that is the best way for them to learn the second language, and be more adaptable, confident when they grow up. We will support bus ticket from Hanoi to Vinh city.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time in Vinh City! Although we didn't volunteer in the preschool due to it being the school summer holidays we still had a wonderful experience living with a Vietnamese family and being fully immersed into their culture! We were provided with a clean & comfortable room in their home and also provided with 3 meals a day. We had lots of free time and a motorbike to explore when we wanted! We will remember this experience forever😊

We had a great experience in Vinh City. When we arrived, there was a change of plans to what was initially agreed but everything worked out great and we lived with a friend of the host and his family! We volunteered when the schools were off for summer holidays so we mainly helped our host families children with their English! We also visited Do Luong for 3 days to volunteer in a preschool that was all arranged for us! Our accommodation was perfect, we got 3 meals a day and also taken out for meals and coffee regularly! We learnt so much about the Vietnamese culture and loved it!
