I reallyy enjoyed my stay at the project! Emilio and Belen are amazing, incredibly kind, caring people, always ready to help or give some (pizza) recommendations when you need it. You become a part of their home from the very first moment you arrive. The work is soo fun and interesting, and you get a lot of free time to explore the islands. Thank you so much for everything🫶🏻

I had a great experience at the project ! The project was very interesting and I really enjoyed helping to create the jewellery. Belén and Emilio are kind and passionate people who have created a warm and creative atmosphere. Bocas del Toro is a beautiful place with lots of activities and places to visit which is perfect for a two-week stay ! I highly recommend this volunteering opportunity !

My experience with Emilio and Belen was truly amazing. They are wonderful, caring people who make you feel at home from the very first moment. During my stay, I learned so much about sustainability, their inspiring work with lionfish and recycled plastics, and how creativity can give new life to discarded materials. Their house quickly became my home, and they were always there with great advice on how to enjoy the island to the fullest. I recommend this experience to everyone. It's an unforgettable experience — full of learning, creativity, and good energy! Thank you!

I had an amazing time at the project! Emilio and Belen are great hosts, and create a welcoming and fun environment from the moment you arrive. Tasks and expectations were outlined clearly and followed- the work is super enjoyable and you still have plenty of time in the day afterwards. If you are someone who has fun doing arts and crafts like me, this is perfect for you.

I got the opportunity to volunteer with the project. I learned about recycling and making handicrafts in a warehouse, The tasks are easy, I had my place to sleep, a kitchen to prepare my food, nice bathroom and shower, also they let me use a bicycle to move in the island. Emilio, my host is an open mind person, easy communication. I enjoy hanging out with Emilio, Belen and Ricardo. Thank you the project!!
