The Experience
Hi! I'm Ryan. I live on a stunning 27-acre paradise in the Blue Ridge Appalachian mountains, 30 mins from Asheville, 10 mins from Marshall, and 20 mins from Hot Springs and the Appalachian Trail. The land is private, quiet, with a creek, waterfalls, swimming holes, trails, and rock bluffs. I'm a 39-year-old drummer passionate about eco-developing this land into a sustainable oasis. ALL are welcomed without judgement for race, religion, or gender!
