The experience

Come be part of the culinary team in Chiapas, Mexico, and immerse yourselves in the rich gastronomic culture of the region! We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help in the kitchen, where you will have the opportunity to learn and collaborate in the preparation of traditional Mexican dishes.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

What you get

3 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Hey, Travelers!

Where we're not just a Cafeteria & Restaurant, but a hub of creativity and culinary delights! We're currently on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our kitchen and service team, with occasional opportunities for artistic endeavors like painting and gardening and any other skills you can bring to the team.

Indulge in the flavors of Turkish Aegean-style mezes as you embark on a culinary adventure with us. Kitchen skills are a big plus, but most importantly, we're seeking folks with sunny dispositions and a passion for making people smile.

Communication is key in our multicultural environment, so if you're fluent in English or Spanish – or both – you're exactly who we're looking for! Join us!

Activities & Shift

We are a project started with friends and still involves old friendships. It is a fast-growing family. It started in a friend's environment, building from scratch together, and included each member fast to be a part of the family as we keep growing.
We are all happy and smiley people who love humor and trying to have a fun time at work and not working hours.

Rules

It is a historical building, volunteers need to be careful with the building (Walls, doors, etc.). It is a very silent place, its not allowed to make noise after the place is closed.
