What you offer

The Experience
We are Federico, Matteo and Marco the 30 years old owners/managers/workers of the Hostel, nice to meet you! We are looking for help during our shifts; the mission is try to make guests' stay as pleasant as possible with passion and enthusiasm. Here anyone will be always welcome! We are in the heart of Genova historical center, the best location :) A few minutes away by train or bus, the seaside is gorgeous!

I actually worked at Victoria hose which is the sister hostel that is owned by the same people. I had a lovely experience volunteering the other volunteers are lovely. The owner and staff are welcoming and very helpful. The hours where very flexible amongst volunteers you worked four shifts a week two of which can be in the same day and then you can have the rest of your time off that week. Victoria house has a very homey feel. Genova is such a beautiful city that is super walkable.

My experience at the hostel was unbeatable. It was my first time volunteering. I had no previous experience in hostels, but with the patience and all the training the hostel team offered me, I was able to work comfortably and feel safe. Matteo is a very friendly person and makes things very easy. I recommend him 100%.

Had an amazing time volunteering at the hostel! The work was exactly as described, and the staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. I will truly miss all the management who treated me like family, the Italian way. The hostel has a great atmosphere and I met so many interesting people from all over the world. The hostel was a perfect place, this was my first volunteering experience and I loved it so much that I didn't want to leave. All the managers are lovely people who are willing to help you with everything you need and keep you informed about everything. The experience with the other volunteers was great, the vibe at the hostel feels like being at home, always meeting and socializing with new people. The work tasks were as we agreed on and the work environment is relaxed as long as you complete all activities on time. If you want to volunteer, visit a magical city with amazing beaches and lov
