Description
We ask the volunteers a non-obligatory R$50,00/U$10 per week to help with food and basics supplies
What you get

- Have some time off for yourself, go explore the city or rest for a while.
- Team Dorm
- You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
- Breakfast
- You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
- Lunch
- You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
- Dinner
- You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
- Use our equipped kitchen
- Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
- Free Laundry
- You can use our laundry room freely.
- Free Hiking Tours
- We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!
- Pick Up
- We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.
- Support
- Get help from the Worldpackers support team in case you need it, at any point of your trip.

The Experience
Nós somos um sítio de produção orgânica certificada que trabalha com sistemas agroflorestais para produção de alimentos e ervas aromáticas para destilação de óleos essenciais. O voluntário aqui nos acompanha nos trabalhos do dia a dia da lavoura. Se você já fez algum curso de agrofloresta e deseja colocar seus conhecimentos em prática, ou se ja teve alguma experiência com agricultura ou agroecologia em prática essa vaga é para você.

We learned a lot about organic and sustainable farming staying at the farm and Pedro and Guilia were always open for questions. The work was nice, surrounded by beautiful nature. It's a very quiet place and spending a lot of the time alone made you think about a lot of things. Learning about the vision and the goal for this project felt truly inspiring and made being part of it feel more special :)

Passei super bem no sítio, é uma experiencia de viver do campo, um mês ajudando nos cultivos de hortaliças orgânicas e na agrofloresta. Pedro e Guilia são muito legais, e super dispostos a ensinar, não só as etapas que pude contribuir, mas também tirando dúvidas e conversando sobre estilo de vida e os impactos na natureza. O sítio é lindo, com vistas para as montanhas impressionante; os funcionários do sítio são igualmente legais e tenho muita gratidão por sua amizade e ter uma troca real com todos e com a comunidade da região. Espero voltar para degustar as tangerinas e um cafezinho o sítio.

Adorei passar esses dias no sítio, é um lugar muito pacífico, onde se pode entrar em contato com a natureza e admirar o horizonte de Teresópolis. Aprendi bastante sobre agricultura e os desafios do cultivo orgânico. Foi muito interessante participar do dia a dia do manejo da plantação e poder colher coisinha para comer :D A estrutura é boa, com banho quente e mantimentos básicos para as refeições. O Pedro e a Giulia me receberam muito bem e estiveram sempre disponíveis, foi uma ótima experiência!

Lugar belo e agradável, de natureza ímpar. O sítio atua com agricultura orgânica, e tem projeções de implementar sistemas agroflorestais. Pedro e Giulia são muito receptivos e gente boa.
