It was an excellent experience. I learned about the local culture, spent time with wonderful children, the teachers were very friendly and helpful with any questions. It was a very fun time. The town is super safe, the host is always attentive to my needs, and I visited some very beautiful places. Honduras is a beautiful country, full of very friendly people.

I had an amazing time working with Basty in Tela, teaching English to kids aged 5 to 8 during the the school Week. Despite Honduras' reputation for safety concerns in some areas, Tela is definitely the safest place to be. Basty made my short stay unforgettable, showing me the beautiful town, its stunning beach, and local cuisine. We went out almost every day, attended family gatherings, and spent time with the incredibly friendly locals. The kids were adorable, and I truly enjoyed teaching them. If you can reach Tela, you'll be in good hands. Thanks to Basty, I had the best time here!
